The Holiday Inn Stratford-upon-Avon is an AA four star rated hotel situated just minutes from Junction 15 of the M40 and set in landscaped gardens overlooking the River Avon. Renowned as an excellent meeting and conference venue and with the impressively modernised Ballroom with adjoining exhibition areas it can host events for up to 550 delegates.Whether it be for a small one to one meeting or a large conference in the magnificent ballroom with break out rooms for a 100 delegates we have excellent facilities, the majority with daylight and 5 with direct car park access.
At Holiday Inn Stratford-upon-Avon the excellent conference facilities boast 14 rooms that are all air – conditioned, wireless internet access throughout the Hotel and can accommodate from 5 to 550. For large events the magnificent Ballroom is specifically designed to be flexible, complete with its own foyer and bar area. The 2 self contained Meetings Centres comprise the East Wing Meeting Centre which includes the Charlecote, Harewood, Warwick, Blenheim and Packwood suites, all offering natural daylight, ground floor external access and are situated close to the Conference Café area. Two small syndicate rooms complete this facility. The Avon Meeting Centre includes 4 suites accommodating a total number of 120 delegates for small conferences and training courses. The Hidcote is the largest of these rooms offering natural daylight and catering for up to 60 delegates’ theatre style. Each Meeting Centre offers the complimentary use of Conference Café through the day with a wide range of coffees and teas.
At Holiday Inn Stratford-upon-Avon dine in style at the Terrace Lounge and Bar, Riverside Restaurant and G's Bar offer excellent food to suit all tastes. Or to really unwind and recuperate, the leisure club is available for all guests to use with a wide range of first class facilities including a fully equipped gymnasium, indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and whirlpool.
